If we eliminate welfare for corporate farms will there be any farms in America? If not is that OK?

Most of the welfare for corporate farms consists of paying them NOT to produce to keep prices high. Washington passes so many reforms to "insure" a free market and then by paying farmers not to grow certain crops keeps agriculture from being one of those free markets. The U.S. is still one of the largest grain exporters.
