Work Visa in the USA. What would my friend need to get one?

With no special skills, he will not be able to get a work visa. If he goes to medical school and becomes a doctor, then maybe he could get one. Or if he gets a graduate degree in engineering or computer science. But until then, he will not be getting a work visa in the US.
