How can i remove scars fast and easily?

so on my legs are the ugliest scars. i live in hawaii and there are a lot of mosquitoes. usually i don't scratch them that much but after they stop itching so much they leave this small dot and i have so many. like more then twenty. i also have a few weird looking scars from mindless scratching on the bites and i guess i have removed the skin there or something because it left a 2 scars of equal length and depth. its so ugly and i want to remove them. please please help. sorry if i wrote too much but thank you for reading :)
