Does anyone know anything about an 86 dodge daytona selby z turbo?

my dad has had it for a while its just sitting for 5 years. is it a good car? im talking performance wise. will it take on a mildy modified civic or sumthing. i know a lil about the car, its a 4cyl engine with around 180 hp. my dad would be very sad if i got rid of it.
