Tire replacement cost and how to get claim it?

Hi I bought a new Honda Civic in March 2010. I have approx. 13,500 miles on my car. Today I had a flat tire so I had to change it which cost me $185.00. Is there anyway i can claim the cost at my dealer place or insurance......
