2003 honda civic problems?

The car is not getting power .Tried boosting ,tested battery (its good) and nothing no lights,buzzer not even clock but hazard lights will work.I assume its in the wiring .Wondering where to start and what to look for before i take to garage.Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.Thanks
