Is China becoming an unstoppable force?

I live in Russia and see many Chinese people at flea markets. I can't understand how they can realize that their Children couldn't find any job in China, and they bear, bear, and bear children. Maybe it's a smart idea to stop? Huge population is not good, it's BAD for people, but maybe it's good for govermanemt don't know...
