I am having problems with my car mirror...?

i drive a 2006 honda civic, with a tan interior. it is very warm, and the sun is bright outside. it seems that the reflection that i see in my rearview mirror is somewhat tan colored, due to the sun shining off of the tan interior next to the back window. what can I do to fix this problem? as i do not want to drive around with a fuzzy mirror reflection
