Realflow importer option missing in 3Ds max ?

i have created a mesh that i want to import from realflow into 3ds max but for some reason the realflow option is not in the dropdown menu. i used to use it so i know it should be there, i think im missing the dll file in my plugins, if i can use the actual render kit instead, instructions would be appreciated
