Are Australian Governments serious about saving young lives on our roads?

Increasing the drinking age to 21 is a good idea.There is a zero alcohol on p platers already.But to increase the driving age to 21, I think is not practical as young people need transport to go to work the same as older drivers do. I think driving education starts at home with PARENTS not Governments. P platers I think should also pass an advanced driving course.
